The Urban Stillhouse St. Petersburg is our flagship location, situated in the heart of the Warehouse Arts District. Spanning 16,000 square feet across two floors, the St. Pete location is the original home of the Horse Soldier Bourbon tasting experience and the standard against which every Urban Stillhouse is measured.

Guests are welcomed into an atmosphere that blends the warmth of a Kentucky bourbon library with the rugged character of a mountain lodge. Two full-service bars, a second-floor spirits library housing over 350 bottles from around the world, and a wood-fired grill anchoring an elevated American menu make this a destination worthy of the story behind it.

Fine Dining

At the Urban Stillhouse St. Petersburg, our culinary philosophy begins and ends with fire. Our wood-fired grill burns with staves from Horse Soldier Bourbon barrels, imparting a depth of flavor that no conventional kitchen can replicate. The result is elevated American cuisine built around locally sourced meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce, all cooked to order and crafted with genuine intention.
